Refund policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags attached and original packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Our Customer Care team will guide you through the process. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions to proceed.

Returns are not free of charge. Return shipping costs will be paid by the customer or deducted from the refund, depending on the selected return method.

Refunds are issued only after the returned items have been received and inspected. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–14 working days from the delivery of the return to see the refund on your account.

Customers may choose to receive a store credit instead of a refund. Store credit may include additional value compared to a standard refund.

Direct size exchanges are not available. To receive a different size or product, please request a return and place a new order to ensure availability.

Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of use, are damaged after delivery, have missing tags or packaging, or are returned outside the allowed timeframe. If a return is rejected, the item can be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

If you received a defective item, please contact customercare@byblosofficial.com including details and images of the issue. Our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
