DELIVERY METHODS
Shipments are processed worldwide with DHL.
Shipping times are as follows:

• Italy 1-3 working days
• Europe 2-5 working days
• Rest of the World 2-7 working days

NOTES ON DELIVERY
A notification email will be sent with a tracking link once the shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse and assigned to the courier. This way, you will be able to track the real-time location of your order and access all useful information in case you need to contact the courier.

At the time of the order, it is important to provide a valid phone number, as it may be used by the courier for additional information or delivery notifications.

Europe (EU countries)

NOTES ON DELIVERY TIMES
We try to guarantee the maximum level of speed and efficiency. It may happen that in certain periods of the year (i.e. during sales or collection drops) the delivery time can be subjected to delays. For any further information about delivery time please contact our customer care at customercare@byblosbrand.com

The timings found in the table above refer to working days. Therefore, an order confirmed during the weekend, will be processed and shipped starting from the following Monday.

CUSTOMS TAXES & FEES
If the shipment address is not found within the European Union region, the purchased products may be subjected to customs fees & taxes, additional to the sales price. All duties connected to customs clearance will be charged to the recipient.

Customs fees & taxes vary according to the country of delivery and are applied at the arrival of the good in the same country. For extra information about the amount that may be charged and about customs clearance procedures, we suggest contacting directly the customs offices of the country of delivery.
